The film ’83’, based on actor Ranveer Singh’s 1983 Cricket World Cup victory, has been released on this Friday. A day after the release of the film i.e. on Christmas day, Ranveer himself became a Santa and distributed various gifts among the children.

Ranveer Singh’s film ’83’ has been shown to the children of Mumbai’s ‘Vipla Foundation’. All the children enjoyed ’83’ at PVR Cinema in Juhu and then after the end of the film, all the children got a unique surprise.

All the children who came out after watching the film were wearing Santa’s red caps. In front of the children who are very happy to see Ranbir Singh as Kapil Dev in the film, Ranveer also posed for pictures with all the children of ‘Vipla Foundation’ wearing Santa cap and giving them various gifts as Santa. Awarded, due to which the happiness of the children doubled.

To celebrate this special occasion, Ranveer also happily cut a cake with the children and transformed their experiences into memorable moments through direct interaction with the children. It is noteworthy that the film directed by Kabir Khan has been released in cinemas across the country in addition to Hindi in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. The film did a total business of Rs 12.64 crore at the domestic box office and Rs 11.79 crore at the foreign box.
